Vintage Vault Canada Inc. – Return & Exchange Policy
At Vintage Vault, we take pride in offering carefully curated vintage and antique treasures. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are considered final unless an item was misrepresented in its listing.
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the integrity of our marketplace and the preservation of rare finds, the following items are non-returnable:
- Unique & Fragile Antiques – All items are sold as-is, with descriptions and photos detailing their condition.
- Vintage Magazines, Posters & Paper Goods – Due to their delicate nature, we do not accept returns on ephemera.
- Wearable & Personal Items – Vintage clothing, hats, jewelry, and accessories are non-returnable for hygiene and preservation reasons.
- Customized or Restored Pieces – Any item altered at a buyer’s request is final sale.
- Hazardous or Flammable Items – Vintage lighters, electronics, or any items containing combustible materials cannot be returned.
- Sale & Clearance Items – Discounted and clearance items are final sale.
- Gift Cards & Store Credits – These are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Damaged or Misrepresented Items
If you believe an item was misrepresented in its description, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will review your case and determine if an exception can be made. Any approved returns must be shipped back in their original condition and packaging.
