Processing & Handling Times
- Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation.
- Due to the fragile nature of many of our items, we take extra precautions in packaging to ensure they arrive safely. Some high-value or delicate pieces may require additional handling time.

Shipping rates are automatically applied at checkout based on your cart total.

- We offer tracked shipping on most items to ensure secure delivery.
- Estimated delivery times:
- Canada: 3–10 business days
- United States: 7–14 business days
- International: 10–21 business days (varies by destination)
- Please note that these are estimates and delays may occur due to carrier processing, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
Packaging & Fragile Items
- We take great care in packaging fragile antiques, using appropriate materials to protect them during transit.
- In some cases, insurance may be included for high-value or particularly fragile items. If you'd like to add additional insurance, please contact us before placing your order.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
- Lost Packages: If your package does not arrive within the estimated time frame, please contact us, and we will work with the carrier to investigate.
- Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for stolen packages once marked as ‘Delivered.’ If package theft is a concern in your area, please select a shipping option that requires a signature.
- Damaged Packages: If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the packaging and item. We will assess the situation and determine the next steps, which may include filing an insurance claim if applicable.
Returns & Exchanges
- As per our Return Policy, all sales are final unless an item was misrepresented in its listing.
- If you believe there is an issue with your order, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery.
